Adobe Illustrator Draw App Reviews

Lately Ive been having problems with this app. It was fine at first but now its laggy. Hope this will get fixed soon. I am using an iPad air 2 with enough storage.

I absolutely love this app, but whenever I try to fill in an area, it keeps saying "working" but never seems to do it. Then when I close the app and open it again to my drawing, a random shape appears out of nowhere even though I hadnt done anything. Please fix this!!!

This is a joke and am surprised Adobe would put their name on this... I use the desktop version approx 30 hours a week for work and was so excited when I thought I might be able to use it on the iPad Pro. This is more like a kids play app and not for professionals. I would have expected at least some sort of live trace, highly disappointing.

Please add an option to fill an enclosed space with a color. Also known as a paint bucket. PLEASE. THAT WOULD MAKE THE APP 100x BETTER.

Seeing as this app is a free app it works well and is great for what it is. But I know that I can easily have been better. More possible layers, including photo layers. With what the app is as of now I only experience a few disappointments and frustrations. Were the option available I would completely without a doubt spend a couple of dollars for a few more tools and layers, along with more freedom with brushes and layer possibilities. Maybe cut/crop/transform and a definite need for a blend tool, something along those lines. Overall its a pretty good app but I know that it could be better and will be looking forward to future updates in the future.

I love this app! I generally use procreate, concepts, and this app - however, where this app wins is how CLEAN I can draw the lines. I do have some ideas that I think would make this even more amazing. 1) I think if there was gesture based redo/undo and other commands - that would be great! 2) Also, a soft blending and smudge tool will help in this app. All other competing apps have something like it - think this would make you guys shine 3) A way to select/lasso around something easily, move it around. This is exactly what Ive been looking for since purchasing the iPad Pro with Apple Pencil. I love the layers and brushes. It is simple to use and had everything I needed.

Update so that you can zoom in and out when you have the pencil connected, add more color features

I love this app the best ever

This app needs some serious work. Nothing is intuitive, not even trying to undo works the way youd expect it. Changing brush sizes needs to be quicker. Instead of going into the brush to change size, why not make it so I can simply tap and slide the tool to change size? Also, in color themes, you have to scroll down to your previous selection instead of the app keeping place for you.

This is, by far, my favorite mobile drawing app. But the features could definitely be improved! First off, itd be EXTREMELY helpful to actually have a list of what gestures do what. (Ive had this for about 6 months, but only just found out press&hold acts as a fill tool) And being able to adjust them would be awesome, but not necessary if we know what they are! Second, an obvious option to save the file as a .psd or other Adobe-product-friendly file type. Ive got Elements and it works for me - Im not going to spend a lot of money and time on CC just to finish a piece! All in all, its still the best mobile art app Ive found, and definitely the easiest to learn. Thanks for reading this long review, and have a wonderful day!

This app cured my crippling self-loathing during drawing. Now I like what I draw, somehow.

I like it a lot even with the ergonomic issues. It just crashes a lot especially now that Im doing heavy detail.. Help

This is by far the greatest app ever..... Actually this is the only downloaded app in my iPad (its that good!) I could draw anything, anywhere and anytime (except when low-bat) I can draw fun things!!!!!
